Lucky for you, Sunday is the perfect day of the week to meal prep. It’s a day of rest, organization and preparation for the week ahead.
 
 
 
You're here, so give these 3 questions an honest answer and let's get you to that weight training session.
 
Question 1. How many meals will you need each day? Multiply that by 7 days. For the sake of the example, we will pretend that number is 28.
4 meals a day x 7 days = 28 meals
 
Question 2. How many times will you workout this week?
Let's say our magic number is 5 workout this week.
 
Question 3. What style of clothing makes you feel your best while working out?
